Guy has degrees from City University (BSc, Business Studies) and from Imperial College (MSc, Management Sciences) where his thesis was on the performance of smaller quoted companies. He worked for a diversified family conglomerate until he started in executive search in 1994. He has recruited across many sectors but for the last 10 years has focused on Landed Estates, Single Family Offices and Private Companies.
Stephen Buchanan

Stephen graduated from Cambridge University (MA, Geography) in 1996 and has been in executive search for the past 23 years. He has worked at three London-based search firms as a head of research and has worked across a number of sectors including property, infrastructure, transport and property. He leads the in-house research team and is qualified to undertake psychometric testing.

Nicholas is an experienced business leader with having been a chief executive, main board member and non-executive director for a mix of both public and private companies, often with complex board structures; as such he has a unique experience of business and businesspeople. In 2000 he started offering strategy facilitation, business mentoring and senior leadership coaching services, primarily to the SME, private equity, media and sports sectors. He regularly delivers talks on career planning and career management. Nicholas gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from the University of Chester in January 2011.
David Brimacombe

David qualified as a solicitor in 1985. He has held a number of roles including Group Company Secretary and General Counsel of a FTSE 20 and a governance adviser with preeminent practices in London. David conducts Board evaluations and governance reviews for Boards and organisations in UK and internationally. The trigger can be regulatory, resolving dilemmas arising from transfer of leadership or structural tensions, identifying gaps in the skills, experience, diversity of the current Board, or organisational restructuring. With over 30 years of experience David provides a unique service which will help optimise board’s performance.
